Directions
Shake well. As a dietary supplement, enjoy natural orange-vanilla Osteo Calm by mixing with an equal amount of water or simply add to your favorite juice or protein shake. Start with 1/3 of a capful (2 tsp) of Osteo Calm and add an equal amount of water. Gradually increase to 1/3 capful twice daily and work up to 1/2 capful (2 tsp) twice daily. When bowels are comfortably loose, this is the optimal amount.
